    John and his crew are the best of the best. I needed work done on my existing foundation. It is a wood foundation on a concrete footer. D&D dug out my foundation, exposed, inspected, cleaned, waterproofed, and sealed the entire foundation. They used silicone, waterproof paint, galvanized steel, installed a drain around the footer, and back filled it with road base to make my foundation bomb proof. The house needed grading done as water was draining towards my foundation instead of away. D&D regraded and installed culverts were needed so I will never have a flooding issue again. They then reseeded the entire job with straw matts. John and his crew brought in several tons of gravel and rehabbed my 400′ gravel driveway which looks beautiful now. For the extremely high quality work that D&D delivers, their price is an absolute bargain. The best way to describe John is meticulous! This review is coming from a customer who has very high expectations and wants everything perfect. Thanks D&D for a perfect job and a very happy customer!

    I talked with John @ D&D about a couple things: removing and replacing some dead spots on my lawn and reducing the watering footprint. John had a lot of good ideas; to add some rock, flagstone, mulch and what I really liked was repurposing some grass where I wanted to shrink the footprint, to fill in dead spots. John presented a solid plan at a good price. Communication was great, letting me know when material would arrive, where he planned put, and when he and the team would go to work. The project happened quickly, professionally, and my goals were achieved. Sure appreciate the help from John and D&D!

    John is fantastic! He was incredibly responsive and communicative. After I called he came and inspected our window well issue and we received a quote by the time he said we would. The quote was fair and the work was done on the day he said it would be completed. Our window wells have now been through a number of big Colorado Springs storms and our basement remains dry! We are so thrilled. We have two more old wooden window wells that we will be having him replace next year. Thank you John!!

    I am beyond impressed with John’s work ethic, professionalism, courtesy, communication and finished work!! He removed and reinstalled our window well that was causing our basement to flood, and it looks absolutely wonderful!! We will definitely use him again for more fun projects like pavers for a walkway and a retaining wall for my garden!! 5 stars for sure!!!!

    John evaluated the drain flow issue outside and explained his thoughts and ideas on how to resolve the issue in a conservative approach. This kept the cost down a lot. They were good workers and very polite and had the job done ahead of schedule! I’d highly recommend D& D landscaping LLC.

    John Delaney was professional, personable and made us feel very comfortable with our choice of major work to be done. When he showed up jumped right in, putting in a full 2 days work literally digging my 3 basement’s windows well. We were having issues with water from the rain getting into our basement but with the quality work that John did, is not a problem anymore. I highly recommend this company and I wish that I could give them a 10 starts review!!! This guy is amazing and professional, if you are having any issues, John can come to you and give you a free estimate, just call him and don’t wait for your big problem to be a bigger problem.

    D&D has phenomenal customer service! We started with just having them build a retaining wall, and then it turned into the entire front and back yard. They had such amazing ideas, and were pros at handling all the HOA nonsense. I love my yard, and feel so proud to pull up to my house everyday! Hire them, you won’t regret it!

    D&D did great work for me once I realized I had some serious drainage issues around the house. They installed five new underground drain lines and also reshaped the hillside behind the house to divert heavy rains away from the house. Worked for a fair price on a responsive timeline. Will be using them for sure in the future.

    I’d give 10 stars if it was an option! From the first communication to the finished job, John was absolutely amazing! He removed, reinstalled and water proofed our window well that had been flooding out downstairs bedroom. I would recommend him and his company for any work you need done! I know we will use him in the future for some more fun jobs like pavers and a retaining wall.

    I would like to thank Teri Delaney for posting about her husband’s business. He was fantastic! Very professional, prompt and the work was done to beyond our satisfaction! What did he do? He replaced our old window wells with brand new ones. He dug out the old ones, made the size to code and then, because the dirt around the window well had sunk a bit towards the house, he built it up so the water will drain away from the house. He did this to 2 wells in pretty much one day. Day two was clean up, and he did a darn good job at that, and checking to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you John! My husband had called several places but only one called back and said he didn’t do window wells.

    I can’t say enough good things about D&D Excavation and John! They recently tackled a challenging project in my backyard involving a French drain and channel to address water issues due to the sloping yard and city open space behind my property.
    First off, their attention to detail in handling all the permits and coordinating with the city was impressive. Dealing with bureaucratic red tape can be a nightmare, but they made it a breeze. Their top-notch work on the actual project is what truly stands out. They clearly understand the complexities of slope water drainage, and their solution was spot-on. No more water woes in my yard!
    Communication throughout the project was excellent. Regular updates and clear explanations ensured that I was always in the loop. That’s a big plus for anyone undertaking a construction project.
    What’s more, they didn’t break the bank. D&D Excavation provided a fair price for their exceptional services, which is something we all appreciate.
    If you’re in need of excavation and drainage work, I wholeheartedly recommend D&D Excavation. They know their stuff, they’re great communicators, and they deliver results. My backyard is proof of that!
